Home Staging

Make the first impression count…

If you are selling or letting your property, you only get one chance to make a good first impression with prospective buyers or tenants. By making small improvements to your property, you could not only be maximising the sale or rental price, but also seeing the property being sold or rented much quicker.

This is where home staging comes into play. Home staging, or property styling, is all about preparing a property to be sold or rented by arranging it to look as desirable as possible. This can usually by achieved through reorganising the space, moving the furniture around in a aesthetically pleasing format and selecting few, impersonal décor items to allow buyers or tenants visualise themselves living in your property.

Property styling does not have to cost you much – a simple declutter and cleaning sometimes may be all you need. But it can also involve some financial investment – like painting, furniture hire or even adding plants to give potential buyers or tenants an idea of what their new home may look like.

How it works…

Selling your current property and buying a new one is definitely exciting, but it can be a bit stressful, too. Your mind and budget may already be set up on your next move, so you may not necessarily wish to invest into the space you want to leave, but we know that sometimes even the most basic property styling, great photos for online listing and fresh scent in the house during viewings can work miracles!

No matter whether you are still living in the property you are selling, or the property is already vacant and unfurnished, we can help you with home staging.

Depending on your specific requirements, we can take care of styling the property with your existing pieces of furniture and décor items, or source all essential items and either purchase them for you or rent from other suppliers… or both. We can discuss all of it during an initial consultation and suggest the best way forward.

If home staging is what your property needs, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help!
